My grandfather ignited my passion for growing garlic. He introduced me to the different varieties and flavours, and I’ve been eating and cooking with garlic ever since.
Having long been disappointed by the flat flavours of most shop-bought seasonings, I began growing my own garlic and experimenting with new processes and techniques that would create more dynamic and satisfying flavours.
We started selling fresh garlic at local farmer’s markets where we saw a keen interest from customers to buy freshly grown produce from friendly, passionate producers.
A Garlic Krush was born out of this continued and growing passion. We invite you to share in this passion with us.
